Just sayin'

In February 2021 our marketing strategy was disjointed (at best) before we asked Gig to help. 

She took the time to look at what we actually needed and then showed us the goal. We have only recently embarked on the path that she has prepared for us but are wholeheartedly on-board and can already see the difference. 

I could not recommend her more highly!

Gig is one of the most positive and engaging people I have ever met! She is extremely creative, has vision and a relentless ability to inspire people. Simply put, she makes things happen.

It does seem like people are either thinkers or doers and in my opinion there are too many thinkers, or more accurately, people that think they can think! 

Gig is a really great combination of fab thinker and tenacious doer. So she has a great skill of being able to grasp complex conceptual ideas and then turn them into action. 

If Gig were in the circus she'd be a mindreader, walking the high wire while spinning plates. She's soulful, sincere and gets on with folk really well. 

She seems to really excel at a few things: 

She's great at organising complex events, making them special for attendees and making sure everything goes to plan, her attention to detail is meticulous - she'll develop the whole idea and then be there blowing up all the balloons the night before. 

She's creative and can write good copy. 

She's not daunted by big tasks that need rationalising and pulling together. If she doesn't understand something she won't pretend she does, she'll go research it and come back well informed. 

I've always hugely enjoyed working with Gig, she's a rare individual who gives everything her all.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Gig, she has such a warm and amiable nature with lashings of style and sophistication. 

Her organisational skills are exceptional and she can get pretty much get anything sorted in a calm and timely fashion. 

She has great integrity, is discrete and hardworking and brings a sense of balance. 

I greatly admired her charm and tireless work ethic and do not hesitate to recommend her if you need someone to hit the ground running and make your life easier.

I contracted Just Ask Gig for an interim period of 6 months from October 2021.   As the CEO of a fast growing company I have a never ending to do list.  I felt 100% confident during our first zoom call that Gigi was the right person to support me while I figured out the needs of the business following the departure of  my previous PA.   

Gig has been so easy to work with.  She is very responsive to Slack messages, emails and task alerts which enabled me to feel fully supported from the outset.  

Given Gig’s experience and broad skillset I’ve been able to hand over a multitude of tasks and projects;  internal comms, external comms, events, expenses, onboarding tasks, meeting coordination and monthly Board minutes to name a few.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for coordinating our first annual two-day Board Retreat.  It really was a successful two days.  

The cool space you organised in Shoreditch was a brilliant choice and provided us with the perfect brainstorming environment.  It didn't go unnoticed that you went the extra mile to negotiate better rates (not to mention the change of date issue which was totally our fault and could have cost us greatly in £)... even some employees aren't prepared to go to such lengths. 

Oh, and the lip-smacking food at the restaurant in the evening was another top-notch choice.
